The Role of each Troop Leader and Advisor ► Adults, in the leadership roles of leader, assistant, co-leader and advisor, are responsible for/to the girls when leading activities.

It is their responsibility to not only safeguard the girls' health and well-being but also to teach them to think safety for them-selves. Adult role modeling involves attitude, behavior, and sound judgment.
