Direct Assistance to Girls

Studio 2B Destinations         $1,500

Support a local, national or international trip that will allow a girl to interact with Girl Scouts from cultures, communities, and countries different from her own.

In past trips our girls made a musical CD in Hawaii, dog-sledded across Minnesota, and studied marine biology in Florida. The opportunities are endless.

Membership Fees                      $500
Financial assistance for girls in need to cover the $10 Girl Scouts of the USA membership fees and/or other activity fees.
Hundreds of girls need assistance annually.

Resident Camp Assistance    $250
Provide assistance for one girl to attend summer resident camp for five days.
Hundreds of girls need assistance annually.

Honor Guard Assistance        $200
Support one girl's participation in the prestigious Mackinac Island Governors Honor Guard. Girls raise and lower flags daily, serve as tour guides, and provide community service on the island for one week during the summer.
Each year 53 girls serve as Honor Guard for the Governor on Mackinac Island.

Day Camp Assistance             $150
Provide assistance for one girl to attend summer day camp for five days.
Over 25 girls receive day camp assistance annually.

Resource Materials                  $100
Provide resource materials for adult volunteers who work directly with girls. Your name plate will be placed in or on each resource purchased through your gift.
